Friday, March 5th 6:00 PM CT/5:00 PM MT through Tuesday, March 9, 2021.
Those technology systems that may have an
outage for maintenance include:
- portions of the Desire2Learn (D2L) Learning Management System
- Student Self Service
- Employee Self Service
- Faculty Self Service
- Financial Aid Self Service
- Administrative Banner Systems
- Student SDepay
- Reporting Tools
The system is scheduled to return online effective March 10, 2021. We apologize for any inconvenience this may create.

- Saturdays 6:00 am - 12:00 noon CT

again in a few minutes. if the message persists please contact your campus technical
representative to resolve any issues or report an outage.
Users who need assistance with SNAP and Banner, or any other technical resources should
first contact their Campus Helpdesk.
If the Campus IT Help Desk is unavailable to assist in resolving the issue,
contact the BIT Help Desk at 1-605-773-4357 and explain the issue at hand.
When the BIT Help Desk is not manned, callers should press "0" (zero) to have
the calls forwarded to the BIT Machine Room (1-605-773-3010).
The BIT Help Desk will contact RIS when problems are reported.
