The first point of contact for users needing assistance with the SNAP/Banner/Colleague/WebAdvisor Systems is to follow their Campus plan on reporting System outages, which is to notify their local Campus IT Help Desk.
If the Campus IT Help Desk is unavailable to assist in resolving the issue, the Campus IT Help Desk or user would then in turn contact the BIT Help Desk (605-773-4357) explaining the issue at hand. When the BIT Help Desk is not manned, callers must press Zero to have the calls forwarded to the BIT machine room (605-773-3010). The BIT Help Desk has the information necessary to contact RIS when problems are reported.
