first contact their Campus Helpdesk.
If the Campus IT Help Desk is unavailable to assist in resolving the issue,
contact the BIT Help Desk at 1-605-773-4357 and explain the issue at hand.
When the BIT Help Desk is not manned, callers should press "0" (zero) to have
the calls forwarded to the BIT Machine Room (1-605-773-3010).
The BIT Help Desk will contact RIS when problems are reported.
